Behold. The dark lord Darth Vader is back in Rogue One: A Star Wars Story.
The movie that is scheduled for release this December, has a gigantic collection of rumours going around, from the fact that Disney executives hated the initial version and ordered expensive re-shoots, to the storyline for this movie. However, magazine Entertainment Weekly, has cut through the unofficial internet theories to confirm that Darth Vader will be making an appearance in Rogue One. We still don’t know who will be in Vader’s suit but we bet James Earl Jones has been approached to lend his voice once again.
The movie is set 34 years before the events of The Force Awakens, so that will pretty much send us back in time to when the Death Star was initially being built. Director Gareth Edwards, tells us the story of how the rebellion came to have the plans for the Death Star, and how they found out about its fatal flaw.
This has been a long debate from the moment the original Star Wars came out in 1977. It will undoubtedly make some people happy, and some people angry, since theories have been fiercely defended for over 30 years.
New characters are also making an appearance, and, according to internet rumours, will have a major impact on the films that will follow The Force Awakens. This will add several extra layers to the overall storyline of the entire franchise, which will ensure the future of Star Wars, and with Disney’s policy of one movie per year, the fans will absolutely love these extra layers. We at MovieWirez will definitely will.
We are, obviously, eagerly anticipating the premiere of this movie, now with extra spice of being able to see our favourite villain back in action. The dark lord himself.
